Terms of Service
Please read these terms before using Photoyard.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the photo-sorting app "Photoyard" (the "App") provided by the individual developer pocanyan (the "Developer", "we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
The App helps you organize, sort, delete (by your action), and back up photos on your iOS device. You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and Apple's terms.
2. Your photos and data
The photos and videos handled by the App are yours, and you are responsible for them. To prevent mistakes, the App's delete function always moves items to the (recoverable) Trash after your confirmation, but the final decision to delete is yours. We are not liable for data loss resulting from your actions. Please back up important data in advance.
3. Subscription (Photoyard Pro)
- Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Prices follow what is shown in the App and on the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage or cancel anytime via iOS "Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions".
- The scope of the free plan and Pro features may be adjusted without prior notice to improve quality.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not reverse-engineer the App, use it unlawfully, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is entirely error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
6. Changes to the Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. The updated Terms take effect when posted on this page.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Japan.
